Birth Registration
Register a newborn with Palestinian authorities.
Description
Palestinian citizens born in Qatar can be registered at the embassy so that their birth is recorded in the civil registry back home.
Procedure
- Obtain the Qatari birth certificate and attest it.
- Submit the attested certificate to the embassy with parents' documents.
- The embassy forwards the request to the Ministry of Interior.
- Receive the Palestinian birth registration certificate.
Requirements
- Attested Qatari birth certificate
- Parents' passports and IDs
- Marriage certificate of parents
- Completed birth-registration form
