Passport (external use) — issue or renew

Passport for those without a Palestinian ID, used for travel outside the territories. Variants by age.

Required documents & conditions

Adults aged 16 and above

  • Online registration on the embassy site for both parents and applicant; all documents uploaded
  • 2 copies of the Palestinian passport
  • 2 copies of the travel document (wathiqa)
  • 2 copies of the Qatar ID
  • 2 copies of the birth certificate (plus any document proving grandfather's name if not on the certificate)
  • 2 copies of proof of profession (for those employed)
  • 2 copies of the university degree for technical professions: engineer, doctor, lawyer, accountant, IT, journalist, translator
  • 5 recent personal photographs with blue background
  • Sign the declaration on the application form
  • Every applicant aged 16+ must attend in person to sign
  • For renewal: also bring 2 copies of the Palestinian passport and 2 copies of the travel document with the residence stamp
  • Fee: 300 QAR

Children under 16

  • Online registration with all documents uploaded
  • 2 copies of the child's Palestinian passport
  • 2 copies of the child's travel document
  • 2 copies of the child's Qatar ID
  • 2 copies of the child's birth certificate
  • 2 copies of the father's passport and ID
  • 2 copies of the mother's passport and ID
  • 2 copies of the marriage certificate
  • 5 recent personal photographs with blue background
  • For renewal: also bring 2 copies of the Palestinian passport and 2 copies of the travel document with the residence stamp
  • Fee: 300 QAR (cash)
