Passport for newborns — Palestinian ID holders

For newborns whose parents hold Palestinian IDs but who have not yet been added to a parent's ID. Two variants.

Newborns who haven't been added to a parent's ID

  • Online registration on the embassy site with all documents
  • Newborns must be added to family records under one parent's account before completing this procedure
  • Copy of the child's birth certificate
  • Copy of the father's passport and ID
  • Copy of the mother's passport and ID
  • Copy of the marriage certificate
  • 4 recent personal photographs with blue background
  • Fee: 300 QAR (cash)

Children under 16, ID-holders, not yet added to parent's ID

  • Online registration on the embassy site
  • Copy of the child's passport
  • Copy of the child's Qatar ID
  • Copy of the child's birth certificate
  • Copy of the father's passport and ID
  • Copy of the mother's passport and ID
  • Copy of the marriage certificate
  • 4 recent personal photographs with blue background
  • Fee: 300 QAR (cash)
