Required documents & conditions
Children under 16 holding their own Palestinian ID number
- Original passport of the child
- Palestinian birth certificate
- ID of one parent including the addendum (mulhaq) listing the child
- Original Qatar residence card
- One parent must attend with their passport and residence card
- 5×7 photograph with white background, if the child cannot attend
- Fee: 300 QAR (cash)
Issuing a passport for a child after they have been added to a parent's ID
- Online registration on the embassy site with all documents uploaded
- Copy of the child's passport
- Copy of the child's Qatar ID
- Copy of the child's Palestinian birth certificate
- Copy of the Palestinian ID + ID addendum (salb)
- Copy of the father's passport and ID card
- Copy of the mother's passport and ID card
- Copy of the marriage certificate
- 5×7 photograph with white background, if the child cannot attend
