Fee: 240–600 QAR depending on the type
40 QAR for each additional principal signing

Special PoA — partial divestment (takharuj juz'i)

Original passport and Qatar residence card of the principal
Photocopy of the agent's ID
Copy of the inheritance restriction (hasr al-irth) listing the heirs
Land registry extract for the parcel that is the subject of the PoA
Names of those receiving the divestment
Agreed-upon compensation amount for the divestment
Fee: 600 QAR
40 QAR for each additional principal signing

Special PoA — full divestment (takharuj kulli)

Original passport and Qatar residence card of the principal
Photocopy of the agent's ID
Copy of the inheritance restriction listing the heirs
Land registry extract for the parcel
Names of those receiving the divestment
Agreed-upon compensation amount
